Nature taught us one thing - you may not know what challenge may appear next. Mechanisms which worked for decades, may be useless tomorrow. Evolutions answer to that is always diversification. What this means is that you can’t rely solely on what you already know, because what you know will probably not solve your future problems. So the status quo will kill your business as change is imminent.
But there are other industries around you, who may already faced same and/or similar problems. Understanding how to transfer solutions, processes, ideas from one industry or technology to yours, and not staying in your silo, is essential to tackle what lies ahead. And that is where we come into play.
Change also requires creativity and creativity is fed by heterogeneousness. In the previous projects, we tackled everything from code review to business development plans, from scrum process implementations to go-to-market strategies, from quality management processes to regional expansion plans and formal process validation to risk management.

    Without curiosity, there is no empathy, and without empathy there is no understanding. And sometimes we are just nosy and can’t stand not knowing certain aspects.

    If we are hooked by a vision, idea or new concept - the pink elephant with the cymbal in our head is waking every fiber of our brain.

  • Seriousness
    We spend years in industries where failure means a high probability of people dying. That experience puts guardrails on the enthusiasm to not become naivety.
